Most orders ship in 2-4 business days. By finalizing this order you agree you have read our shipping policies and accept them.

All international orders must be prepaid by an international money order.

Check orders ship when payment clears. All money order payments received by 12:00 will ship that day. All COD orders must be paid by a money order.

Most credit card orders will ship 2-4 business days.

We charge the actual shipping and handling fees charged by our UPS handler.

Chocolate shipped in the hot summer months must be shipped 2nd day service. Shipping charges will be accesed to reflect 2nd day delivery if you did not choose this method. This applies to *hot weather months only. We do our best to insure it arrives safely. We use ice brix and insulated bags. The charge for these will be added to your order.

We can not guarantee chocolates shipped in the summer weather. We are not liable for meltable products. No exceptions.

We will not be responsible for orders left outside by delivery handlers.

We will not be responsible for orders not delivered on time because parties are not available to accept delivery.

Ship chocolates to an address that someone will be available to receive.

We will not be held liable for chocolate or candy shipped via USPS. When the USPS takes possesion of the package, our liability ends.
